Contiguous-US pilot
Draw and confirm a study area, choose a buffer and request native USGS project-level 1 m terrain. Selected examples in Colorado and Maryland and a four-million-cell case passed the Linux release checks. Those tests do not establish nationwide coverage or guarantee another location.
Address search uses Census street-range locations. It does not supply a legal parcel, rooftop survey or ownership record. Alaska, Hawaii and territories are outside this initial pilot extent.
Baden-Württemberg, Germany
The German map uses official ALKIS geometry and native DGM1 for free previews. The prepared paid detail profile uses DGM025; live report sales remain disabled.
Coverage is checked per request
An accepted queue request is not confirmation that a dataset exists. Missing native coverage, excessive extent, unavailable source services or insufficient safe capacity produce explicit failures or waiting states.
The pilot has no nationwide parcel database. A drawn outline represents the area you chose, not a certified boundary.
Common questions
Does this predict flooding?
No. The screening describes terrain and potential surface flow paths. It does not simulate a storm or predict water levels.
Are PDF reports free?
No. PDFs are paid products. A free preview or analysis access key is not a purchase. Check the pricing page for current sales availability.

Terrain screening provides preliminary context. Site assessment, engineering design and construction decisions require appropriately qualified professionals.
